BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR ACCOMODATION:
Cabarete is a small village where most supermarkets, stores, restaurants,
bars, sport activities, medical facilities and of course the legendary
Cabarete nightlife are all concentrated in one spot: in the center
of the bay.
Many vacation rentals advertise as being "in Cabarete"
but are in fact situated quite far from the center of town, requiring
back and forth trips to your accomodations, car rentals or the
daily use of taxis or other transportation. At Ocean Dream and
Harmony Residence we offer quality vacation rentals with all attractions
right at your door step or within a short walking distance.

Reservation & Payment: 
Upon reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due by wire
transfer or by credit card via our secure sever online. The remaining
ballance has to be paid by credit card via our secure sever online
due 7 days prior to arrival, or in cash on arrival.
Fees:
If the reservation deposit is paid by wire transfer, add 6.- USD
for our local bank fee and the fees your bank might charge for
the transfer. For credit payments a 5% credit card fee applies.
All other fees and taxes are included in the rate.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit equal to USD$500 must be paid in cash
upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure
provided that real and personal property are in the same condition
as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the rental agreement
are met.
Terms and conditions:
Ocean Dream and Harmony are private residences, not a hotel. Most
condos are occupied by their owners or longterm renters. It is
a quiet, enjoyable and very secure place to live. Please help
us to maintain this peaceful environment by respecting the conviviality
rules.
